Description
The FortiGate unit IM white/black list is full.
Description
FortiLog events number exceeds limit.
On a FortiGate unit with a hard drive, hard drive usage exceeds
90%. On a FortiGate unit without a hard drive, log to memory
usage has exceeds 90%.

HA state change. The trap message includes the previous state,
the new state and a flag indicating whether the unit is the master.
