Check balanced flue system for:

– Flue gas recirculation
– Leaks
Check ventilation air supply for

ingress of flue gas due to non-
compliance with chimney clear-
ances, e.g. by a solid fuel boiler.
If fault recurs, notify Viessmann
Technical Service.
Note
Reset the message on the fuel cell
module programming unit.
Then switch the ON/OFF switch of
the fuel cell module OFF for ap-
prox. 10 s and ON again.
Check balanced flue system for:

– Flue gas recirculation
– Leaks
Check ventilation air supply for:
■
–
Ingress of flue gas due to non-
compliance with chimney clear-
ances, e.g. by a solid fuel boil-
er
– Outgassing/contamination in
the air supply system (e.g. sili-
cones, oils, paints, detergents,
deposits, etc.)
If the fault message appears dur-
ing initial commissioning: Immedi-
ately close the gas shut-off valve
on the fuel cell module or the gas
shut-off valve for the entire unit.
Notify Viessmann Technical Serv-
ice.
Before commissioning, the flam-
mable gases sensor must be re-
placed.
Note
The fault message can only be re-
set on the programming unit of the
fuel cell module.
Reset the fault once.
If the fault recurs, notify Viessmann
Technical Service.
