The scan mode lets you listen to the first
10 seconds of each track/file (track) in
succession. Press the "SCAN" button to
start scanning.
After all tracks/files (tracks) in the disc/
folder have been scanned, normal play-
back will be resumed. To cancel the scan
mode, press the "SCAN" button again.
NOTE
The scan mode will be canceled if you
perform any of the following steps:
. Press the "RPT" button
. Press the " " or "
TUNE/TRACK button
. Press the " " or "
FOLDER button
. Press the " " button
. Press the disc select button
. Select the radio or AUX mode
. Press the "LOAD" button when
there is free space in the CD magazine.
. Turn off the power of the audio set.
. Turn the ignition switch to the "OFF"
position.
& Display selection
If you press the "DISP" button for 0.5
second or longer during playback of an
MP3/WMA file, the indication will change
to the next one in the following sequence.

If, having pressed the "PAGE" button to
select the FOLDER NAME or FILE NAME
display, you press the "PAGE" button
again for at least 1.5 seconds, the title
will be scrolled so that you can see all of it.
NOTE
The display is designed to show titles
for up to three pages (64 characters in
total). However, it may in some cases
show titles for only up to two pages (32
characters in total).
