Unable to configure a new LACP trunk

If you configure the Static LACP key to trunk ID binding feature to bind multiple keys to different
trunks, it is possible to use up all available MLT IDs. In this scenario, you cannot configure a new
LACP trunk, even if all the other required conditions for trunk formation are accomplished.
Check the binding status of LACP keys to MLT IDs and detach keys from MLTs as required.

Displaying LACP key information

Use this procedure to display information about LACP key association with MLT, SMLT, and switch
ports.
Procedure
1. Enter Privileged EXEC mode:
enable
2. At the command prompt, enter the following command:
show lacp key [<1–4095>]

Unbinding an LACP key from an MLT and SMLT

Use this procedure to detach an LACP key from a specific MLT and SMLT.
Procedure
1. Enter Global Configuration mode:
enable
configure terminal
2. At the command prompt, enter the following command:
default lacp key <1-4095>
