Head Disassembly
Remove
•Bolts head cover (4 und.)
Following a
cross pattern and remove the
headcover.
Remove
•Bolts holding the clutch cover (10
und.)
And remove the clutch cover.
•Make sure the piston is at TDC by
aligning the mark on the
primary gear with the mark on
the crankcase.
•Make sure the brand T on the
camshaft sprocket is up.
False pin.
• Crankshaft safety with the
tool to block the crankshaft
primary gear

mark on the right
crankcase
