•At the same time, remove the shim only using the flexible
cable magnetic tip.
•Shim thickness should be measured with a calibrated
micrometer.
Note the size of the retired shim for vehicle:

0.10 mm
C - 0.06 mm, D -
0.04 mm
E-Shim to be used
= A-D
= 2.40 - 0.04
= 2.36 mm
