Function:
•Transil diode has for filtering the source / voltage waveform in the main
supply
lines and thus protect the ECU from voltage fluctuations.
•Also it consists of two diodes that are used for the clutch switch and
neutral
switch circuit. These diodes are called reverse diode protection.
•Protection diodes reverse give a correct indication of neutral in the board.
•Symptoms of malfunction: neutral indicator lights on the speedometer
when the
engine is engaged and pressing the clutch handle.
Note:
1. A review procedure with the multimeter is not recommended.
2. To confirm the diagnosis, replace the unit.
