Fuel supply system, petrol engines - Edition 05.2019
– Release connector -1- and pull off.
– Pull off breather lines -2- and -3- from activated charcoal filter.
– Remove securing bolt -arrow-.
– Using a screwdriver, press catch -A- slightly in direction of
luggage compartment.
– Pull activated charcoal filter downwards out of guide bar and
remove it.
Installing
Installation is performed in the reverse order of removal. The fol‐
lowing should be observed:
♦ Push on breather lines until they engage audibly.
Specified torque

♦ ⇒ General body repairs, exterior; Rep. gr. 66 ; Wheel housing
liner; Assembly overview- rear wheel housing liner .
♦ ⇒ Running gear, axles, steering; Rep. gr. 44 ; Wheels, tyres;
Wheel change .
