Vehicles with engine code BWS or CCZB:

– Pull breather line and pressure retention valve -arrow- off ac‐
tivated charcoal filter.
Note
Grasp securing ring (grey) on pressure retention valve and pull
valve off upwards.

Vehicles with engine code CNNA:

– Detach breather lines and vacuum line -arrows- from activated
charcoal filter. Separate plug-in connectors
Continued for all vehicles
– Unclip wire from filler neck -arrows-.
– Unscrew tank flap unit securing bolt and remove tank flap unit

Removing and installing tank flap unit .
– Unbolt filler neck from body -arrows-.
