– With flange in installation position, push it downwards against
spring force.
• The tab -2- of the sealing flange must be between lugs -1- and
-3-.
• -Arrow- points in direction of travel.
– Start locking ring and tighten using wrench - T10202- . Speci‐
fied torque
⇒ "2.1 Assembly overview - fuel delivery unit/fuel gauge send‐
er", page 41 .
– Do not cant key - T10202- and press against locking ring firmly.
If the key slips off, the fuel delivery unit can be damaged.
– Attach connector -1-.
– Attach fuel lines -2-.
– Ensure plug-in connector and connector are secured properly
by pulling.
