(1) Set the number of conversion cycle times to check a change in the
measured temperature value for each channel.
(2) Settable range is 1 to 6000 (times).
(3) The default value is set to "0".
(4) To activate the setting, turning ON/OFF the operating condition setting
request (Y9) is required.
(5) For details of rate alarm, refer to Section 3.2.3.
