6. The Manifold is connected to the three injectors and to the gas valve loosen and
remove these four nuts/pipe connections and two fixing screws to release.
7.The On/Off switch has two wire connections both should be carefully pull out
straightly and disconnected allowing the switch to be removed.
8. Remove either the Gas Valve, Switch or Manifold as required.
9. Refit in the reverse order.
19.12 To remove the burner injector(s).
1. Follow the steps in 19.10 (1 - 9) for FS and steps 19.11 (1 - 7) for RC.
2. Loosen and remove the three nuts onto the injectors along with there pipes.
3. Loosen and unscrew the injector (s) from the inner tray.
4. Refit in the reverse order.
19.13 To remove the LED strip or LED
controller PCB.
1. Remove the burner assembly and top
tray (Refer to sections 19.5 - 19.6).
2. Turn the burner tray upside down,
ensure that the work surface is suitably
protected. This will avoid damage to the
work surface and support the burner tubes.
3. Disconnect the two recepticles onto the
switch tabs by carefully pulling them off straight.
4. Unscrew the four screws as illustrated, then remove and place the screws and LED
panel to one side carefully. This gives access to the LED strip held in place by two
cable ties, which will require cutting open to replace the strip.
5. If it is the LED controller PCB that access is required to then unscrew the two
remaining screws in the LED panel assembly to gain access. The PCB is loacted on
four PCB mounting clips by squeezing them at the point they will release the PCB.
6. Refit in the reverse order along with fitting tight two new cable ties if changing the
LED strip.
