INSTALLER GUIDE
19.6 To access & remove the Inspection panel.
1. Complete sections 19.1 - 19.5
2. Unscrew the 4 screws, then remove and place the
screws and panel to one side carefully.
3. Any inspection or cleaning of debris necessary can now
be carried out.
4. Replace in reverse order, a flue flow test should be
carried out at this stage. Refer to the relevant section of
BS5440 Part 1 for this procedure.

19.8 To remove the wall liners.

1. Complete section 19.1-19.6, The two side liners are
resting in place, remove by easing them out holding
the base of the liner.
2. There are finger holes in the inner convector box to
allow easy access to gently push out the rear wall
liner. These are marked my a notch in the metal work
behind which the hole can be reached using your
fingers.
3. Gently guide the bottom of the liner wall out towards the inside of the convector
box. Lift the liners clear of the convection box.
4. Replace in the reverse order.
19.9 To remove the Burner tubes (a) or
Pilot unit (b).
19.9 (a) - Burner Tubes
1. Remove the burner assembly and top
tray (Refer to sections 19.5 - 19.6).
2. Remove the LED glass panel & gasket
carefully by unscrewing its two locating
brackets.
3. Remove the inner tray tray by
unscrewing the 3 screws
4. Access is now possible to to remove any
of the 3 burners. Each burner is held in
place with two screws, remove and
carefully remove the burner gasket if
necessary.
5. Refit in the reverse order, ensure when
refitting the removed burner tube(s) that
the gasket is replaced and the gap
between each burner as shown of 40mm is maintained.
NOTE: Failure to maintain this gap could result in ignition issues.
19.9 (b) Pilot Unit
6. Carry out steps 19(a) 1 - 3.
7. Detach the pilot pipe from the pilot unit.
