ted in the guide rails
When racking from the discon-
nected into the test position,
the circuit breaker does not
move during the first 6 turns

Racking handle cannot be
drawn out
Racking handle cannot be
pushed in
Cubicle door cannot be
opened (door interlock as
accessory)
Possible Cause(s)
1. Closing coil not energized or
incorrectly energized
2. Circuit breaker in disconnected
position in guide frame
3. The secondary disconnects have
been removed
1. Racking mechanism of circuit
breaker not in disconnected (DIS-
CON) position (Check circuit
breaker position indicator)
1. Factory mounted coding of circuit
breaker and guide frame doesn't
match
1. Not a fault (functional property)
1. Circuit breaker is closed
2. Cubicle door not completely
closed
(Locking device as accessory)
1. Racking handle is interlocked
1. Closed circuit breaker is prevent-
ing opening of cubicle door
2. Circuit breaker in connected posi-
tion
Remedy
Check or apply correct voltage
Rack circuit breaker into test or con-
nected position
Plug in the secondary disconnects
Rack the mechanism into discon-
nected position (green position indica-
tor)
Use circuit breaker type according to
guide frame label
Rack further
Press "OPEN" button and pull racking

Close cubicle door
Rack circuit breaker into discon-
nected, test or connect position,
unlatch crank and push crank fully in
