Trigger condition
An unsuccessful attempt was made to establish
a connection with a hotel management system
(PMS system).
Reason: 1: Call rejected, 2: Destination unob-
tainable, 3: Destination busy, 4: Connection
timeout, 5: Wrong address, 6: Unknown error
The backup communication server was unable
to create or modify a user or terminal instance
with the received configuration data.
