Water supply pipe closed

Solenoid valve Y3 is not opening
a) Solenoid valve defective
b) Contact problem on the plug

Contact problem on level sensor (short
circuit to earth)

Short circuit of the B5 sensor wiring

Heater contactors do not pull in

Immersion heaters in the SG defective

No water in the SG

Steam generator overfilled

Cleaning agent or decalcifier residues are in
