3.4.21 Trigger on unsuccessful diagnostic action

In order to automatically monitor malfunctions of the diagnostic actions, the trigger
on "Unsuccessful diagnostic action" can be set up.

3.4.22 Trigger on start of data acquisition

This trigger can be used to specifically monitor that the PC on which the ePS client
is installed, is running and can acquire data for the ePS server. This is irrespective
of whether there is communication to the server. The data is buffered on the client
PC.
