Configuring VLAN using EDM

You can create a VLAN by IP subnet, port, protocol, or source MAC address using EDM.
You can assign an IP address to the VLAN. You can also assign a MAC-offset value that allows you
to manually change the default MAC address.
Before you begin
Ensure you follow the VLAN configuration rules for the switch. For more information about the VLAN
configuration rules and about configuring a VLAN, see Configuring VLANs, Spanning Tree, and

About this task
Use this procedure to create a VLAN and assign an IP address to a VLAN to enable routing on the
VLAN.
