Inspection And Disassembly - Suzuki RV125 Service Manual

• Raise the rear wheel off the ground with a jack or wooden
block.
• Loosen the drive chain adjusters 7, left and right.
• Remove the rear axle 8.
• Disengage the drive chain from the rear sprocket.
• Remove the rear wheel.
• Remove the rear brake panel 9.
• Remove the rear sprocket 0.
• Remove the bearings by using the special tool.
" 09921-20240: Bearing remover set, or
09941-50111: Wheel bearing remover
!
The removed bearing should be replaced with a new
one.
