• Tighten the front fork lower clamp bolt 1 and front fork cap
bolt 2 to the specified torque.
• Tighten the front fork upper clamp bolt 3 to the specified
torque.
' Front fork upper clamp bolt: 23 N·m (2.3 kgf-m)
Front fork lower clamp bolt: 33 N·m (3.3 kgf-m)
Front fork cap bolt: 23 N·m (2.3 kgf-m)
• Install the front fender and tighten the mounting bolts tempo-
rarily.
• Install the front brake caliper. (#5-14)
• Install the front wheel. (#5-8)
• Move the front fork up and down several times, and tighten
the front fender mounting bolts securely.

* After assembling the front fork, check each tighten-
ing part for looseness, play and other conditions.
* Check for oil leakage.
