Statistical data (DS 95)
The following data is stored in the data record 95 of the starter:
• Hours of operation – device
• Hours of operation – motor
• Hours of operation motor current = 18 ... 49.9% of I
• Hours of operation motor current = 50 ... 89.9% of I
• Hours of operation motor current = 90 ... 119.9% of I
• Hours of operation motor current = 120 ... 1000% of I
• Number of motor starts clockwise
• Number of motor starts counterclockwise
• Number of motor overload trippings
• Number of switching element overload trippings
• Last tripping current I
• Last tripping current I
• Motor current I
• Motor current I
• Number of starts output BO
• Maintenance timer
For all ET 200pro motor starters, the hours of operation are saved in the event of voltage
failure (a max. of 6 min. can be lost). Statistical data can be read out via 'Motor
Starter ES' or PLC DPV-1 with SFC59 or SFB 53.
Maximum pointers (DS 96)
The maximum pointers store the extreme values of individual measured values
over the course of time. Maximum pointers can be deleted by the user or set to
"0" using the command 'Delete maximum pointers'.
The following data is stored in data record 96:
• Number of motor overload trippings
• Hours of operation motor current = 18 ... 49.9% of I
• Hours of operation motor current = 50 ... 89.9% of I
• Hours of operation motor current = 90 ... 119.9% of I
