Displaying Details of a Job

Check the settings of an active job or suspended job.

Press [JOB LIST] tab on the screen.
% Press [Job] on the Job List Screen if you find [Job] is not highlighted.

Select a job to be checked in detail.
% When the lists extend to more than one page, scroll up and down the list with the respective up and
down arrows.
% Press the row of the desired job.
% You can select a job from either Active list or Suspend list.

Press [Details].
The Mode Check Screen will be displayed.

Review the job settings on the Mode Check Screen.

Description
Pressed to output a specified job next to the job cur-
rently printed.
Pressed to advance a specified job by one in output
order.
Pressed to suspend a specified job.
Pressed to delete a specified job.
Pressed to delete all the jobs from the Active list.
At the top the page number of the Suspend list cur-
rently displayed is indicated, and at the bottom the to-
tal number of the list pages is indicated.
Pressed to confirm details of a suspended job.
Pressed to release the suspension status of a speci-
fied job.
Pressed to release the suspension status of all the
jobs on the Suspend list.
Pressed to scroll up and down the Active list or Sus-
pend list if there is more than one page for the list.
Displays the list of suspended jobs. To operate a sus-
pended job, press the row of the job to select it.
Displays the list of active jobs. To operate an active
job, press the row of the job to select it.
