The Bat tery
Your mo bile phone comes with a nickel metal hy dride
(NiMH) bat tery. The bat tery is not charged when pur chased,
but there may be enough power to turn on the phone.
At taching the Bat tery to the Phone:

Place the bat tery on the back of the phone.

Re moving the Bat tery
Make sure that the phone is turned off bef ore re mov ing the
bat tery. Then:
Press the bat tery up wards and
against the phone un til you hear
a click.
Œ
Press the lock ing catch on
the bot tom of the bat tery.
Some fea tures/menus are op era tor dependent

Lift the bat tery up and away from the phone.
Charging the Bat tery
Make sure that the bat tery is at tached to the phone. Then:

Con nect the charger to the out lets. You will re ceive one
of the charg ers pic tured be low.
A green in di ca tor on the charger lights up. If not, make
sure you have in serted the plug to the charger cor rectly
(you may have to press hard).

If ap pli ca ble, con nect the clear plas tic plug on the
charger ca ble to the charger. It is cor rectly in serted
when you hear a click.
