The Mobile Office Suite
The Mo bile Of fice Suite is a Phone Book Man ager and a Mes -
sage Man ager. Once in stalled on your com puter, the ap pli ca tion
al lows you to or gan ize the names and tele phone num bers that
you store in your phone book. It also al lows you to write and
read SMS mes sages on your com puter.
The Phone Book Man ager
The Phone Book Man ager al lows you to dial other par ties, man -
age tele phone num bers, and names as well as check the status of
the phone. It con sists of an Ad dress Book, a Di aler, and a
Phone Status Dis play.

con sult the on- line help texts as so ci ated with the ap pli ca tion.
The Mes sage Man ager
The Mes sage Man ager makes it pos si ble to cre ate, send, re ceive
and or gan ize SMS mes sages.

In stall ing the Mo bile Of fice Suite
Be fore you start the in stal la tion, make sure you have in stalled
the mo dem script ac cord ing to the in struc tions given the chap -
ter " Com mu ni cat ing Via the Mo dem" .

Close all ap pli ca tions on your com puter

In stal la tion from a Disk ette
ΠUn der Set ting in the Start menu, se lect Con -
• Se lect Add/Re move pro grams, and press the In -
Ž In sert the first in stal la tion disk.
• Fol low the in struc tions given on the screen.
If a mo dem other than the CF888 mo dem has been se lected, the
Mo bile Of fice Suite may be un able to de tect your phone. If this
is the case, you will need to change to the CF888 mo dem.
To do this:

• Se lect the CF888 mo dem from the drop- down list.
You will need to re start your com puter be fore you can start us -
ing the Mo bile Of fice Suite. To ac cess the Mo bile Of fice Suite,
double- click its icon on the desk top.

the CD into your drive.
