Other Medi cal De vices
If you use any other per sonal medi cal de vice, con sult the
manu fac turer of your de vice to de ter mine if they are ade -
quately shielded from ex ter nal RF en ergy. Your phy si cian
may be able to as sist you in ob tain ing this in for ma tion.
Turn your phone OFF in health care fa cili ties when any regu -
la tions posted in these ar eas in struct you to do so. Hos pi tals
or health care fa cili ties may be us ing equip ment that could be
sen si tive to ex ter nal there fore en ergy.
Ve hi cles
RF sig nals may af fect im prop erly in stalled or in ade quately
shielded elec tronic sys tems in mo tor ve hi cles. Check with the
manu fac turer or its rep re sen ta tive re gard ing your ve hi cle.
You should also con sult the manu fac turer of any equip ment
that has been added to your ve hi cle.

Turn your phone OFF when in any area with a po ten tially ex -
plo sive at mos phere and obey all signs and in struc tions.
Sparks in such ar eas could cause an ex plo sion or fire re sult ing
in bod ily in jury or even death.
Ar eas with a po ten tially ex plo sive at mos pheres are of ten, but
not al ways, clearly marked. They in clude fu el ing ar eas such
as gaso line sta tions; be low deck on boats; fuel or chemi cal
trans fer or stor age fa cili ties; ve hi cles us ing liq ue fied pe tro -
leum gas (such as pro pane or bu tane); ar eas where the air
con tains chemi cals or par ti cles, such as grain, dust, or metal
pow ders; and any other area where you would nor mally be
ad vised to turn off your ve hi cle en gine.
For Ve hi cles Equipped with an Air Bag
An air bag in flates with great force. DO NOT place ob jects,
in clud ing both in stalled or port able wire less equip ment, in
the area over the air bag or in the air bag de ploy ment area. If
