Forwarding In com ing Calls
Note! This fea ture is sup ported by your phone, but it is de pend ent
on your net work and/or the net work you are roam ing in.
If you want to make cer tain that your in com ing calls are taken
care of when you are un able to an swer them, you can use the
Call For ward serv ice to for ward them to an other phone
number.
The Call For ward serv ice lets you:

Forward calls if you al ready are en gaged in a call.
•
For ward calls that you do not an swer in 30 sec onds.
•
For ward calls if your phone is turned off or if you are un -
reach able.
•
For ward all calls
You may want to use all three call for wards and you may for -
ward calls to dif fer ent phone num bers, de pend ing on the
situa tion.
You may also for ward all calls re gard less of whether your
phone is turned on or off, or you are un reach able. If this
func tion is ac ti vated the phone will not ring if a call is re -
ceived.
If you have cho sen to for ward all calls, an ar row ( ) is shown
in the dis play.
Note! If you ac ti vate the All calls for ward, all other for wards
will auto mati cally be can celled. They will, how ever, be ac ti -
vated again when you can cel the All calls for ward.

Ac ti vating a Call Forward

From the For ward menu, scroll to the re quired for -
ward op tion with the navi ga tion key. The op tions are
All calls, On busy, No re ply and Un -
reach able, de pend ing on your op era tor.
Note! Fax and Data sup port For ward All Calls and For ward Un an -
swered Calls.

Se lect the re quired for ward op tion and press

Press to se lect Ac ti vate.

En ter the phone number to which you want your calls
to be for warded, in clud ing the area code and then press

If you have used the for ward op tion on an ear lier oc ca sion

and then can celled it, the phone number to which the calls
were for warded will be sug gested. Press
erase this number and en ter a new number.
There may be a short de lay bef ore the net work cor re sponds.
In the mean time, the mes sage Please wait is dis played.
This is fol lowed by the mes sage On
calls/ No re ply - For ward ON, de pend ing on
which for ward op tion you have cho sen. The se lected phone
number is also dis played.
When in Ana log mode, you must lis ten for a tone to con firm
your set ting. There will not be a writ ten con fir ma tion as in
GSM mode.
