Note! If there is a * in front of the mes sage, this in di cates that the
mes sage re sides on the SIM card.
Calling a Phone Num ber in a Mes sage
If there is a phone number in the re ceived mes sage, you can
call it by sim ply press ing
l Press to call a phone number found in the dis play

to call the number di rectly.
Af ter the number has been called, the mes sage is con sid ered
read and it re mains in the Mes sages mem ory.
Frequently Used Messages
If you have one or more stan dard mes sages you use of ten,
you can store them on the SIM card, to be re used when ever
you want.

Stor ing Fre quently Used Mes sages
To make sure your stan dard messages are not erased when
the mes sages mem ory be comes full, you should store them in
the SIM card mem ory. Af ter sav ing the mes sage in the mes -
sages mem ory pro ceed as fol lows:
