3.2.8.6 MAIN P/H FRAME ASSY (PL4.1.40) Removal

1. Remove the MSI/REGI HIGH ASSY. (See Section 3.2.8.1.)

2. Remove 2 screws (gold, tapped, 8 mm) securing the MSI FEED ASSY.

3. Remove 2 screws (gold, tapped, 10 mm) securing the MSI BASE ASSY

and remove the MAIN P/H FRAME ASSY.

Disassembly/Assembly/Adjustment

1. Draw out the MSI/REGI HIGH ASSY.

2. Remove the MSI BASE ASSY. (See Section 3.2.8.4.)

3. Remove the LIFT UP FRAME ASSY. (See Section 3.2.8.8.)

4. Remove the BOTTOM PLATE by opening it to the right.

5. Lift up the LIFT DOWN ACTUATOR and hold it there.

6. Disconnect the connector (P/J210).

7. Release the hooks securing the BOTTOM PLATE SENSOR to the MSI

BASE FRAME, and remove the BOTTOM PLATE SENSOR.
