2ND BTR ASSY, TRANSFER ASSY, 2ND BTR CAM ASSY
HVPS, MAIN HARNESS ASSY, MCU PWB
*BCR WIRE check

Is there continuity between the terminals of the BCR WIRE?
*DEVE. WIRE check

Is there continuity between the terminals of the DEVE. WIRE?
*BCR CONNECTOR ASSY check

Is the BCR CONNECTOR ASSY distorted, damaged or improperly mounted?
*DEVE. CONTACT PLATE ASSY check

Is the DEVE. CONTACT PLATE ASSY distorted, damaged or improperly mounted?
*2ND BTR ASSY check

Is there proper continuity in the high voltage route inside the 2ND BTR ASSY?
*TRANSFER ASSY internal check
Is there proper continuity in the high voltage route inside the TRANSFER ASSY?

• Check continuity between the terminals of the 1ST BTR WIRE and 1ST BTR, and between
the terminals of the CONTACT ROLL WIRE and 1ST BTR.
*HVPS power supply check

Is there 24VDC between P/J41-3 <=> P/J41-1?
*LVPS power supply check

Is the voltage between J32-3 <=> J32-5 24VDC?
