Configuring CEM Group for APS CT3-T1 in CESoPSN
To configure CEM group in CT3 mode of STS-1 for CESoPSN, use the following commands:

mode ct3
t1 1 cem-group 0 timeslots 1 - 2

To configure internal clock source for the working controller, use the following commands:
