Verify
Verify that the MLT current state matches the MLT Admin state; i.e. smlt for
smlt and ist for ist.
If MLT state shows as norm, but the MLT ADMIN is either ist or smlt, then this
indicates a problem. Typically either the physical SMLT link or VLACP on the
SMLT link are down on one of the SMLT Cluster switches.
Verify that every vlan configured on an SMLT link is also configured on the IST.
Also verify that the IST Vlan (here vid 4000) is only configured on the IST.
