The Network address of the IST interfaces (10.0.255.0/30) should only appear on Site1 and
Site2 as LOCAL; it should not appear in the IP routing table of the other 3 Sites
The CLIP#1 host addresses need to be reachable within the GRT so that the IBGP peerings can
establish.
The CLIP#2 and CLIP#3 network addresses need to be reachable within the GRT so that IPVPN IPinIP
encapsulated packet's outer IP Destination address can be routed to the correct Site.
