Verify
The two IGP OSPF VLANs are the only OSPF Broadcast interfaces. All other
interfaces displayed are the CLIP interfaces which are all Passive interfaces.
Verify that Site1 is the DR for VLAN 3998 and Site2 is the DR for VLAN 3999.
Also verify that no BDR exists on both VLANs.
