On the ERS 8600 the BGP identifier is always the OSPF Router id
The BGP peerings are IBGP because the local AS (local-as) is the same as the remote
ASes (RMTAS), i.e. 65000
Step 2 – Verify that the MBGP negotiated capabilities for each neighbor include vpnv4, ipvpn-lite and
route-refresh
