neighbor send-community (IPv6 Address Family
Configuration)
In IPv6 address family configuration mode, the neighbor send-community
command tells BGP to send the COMMUNITIES attribute with routes
advertised to the peer.
Syntax
neighbor { ip-address | ipv6-address [ interface interface-id ]} send-
community
no neighbor { ip-address | ipv6-address [ interface interface-id ]} send-
community
ip-address – The neighbor's IPv4 address.
ipv6-address [ interface interface-id ] – The neighbor's IPv6 address. If the
neighbor's IPv6 address is a link local address, the local interface must also
be specified.
Default Configuration
The communities attribute is not sent to neighbors by default.

User Guidelines
The command accepts either an IPv4 or an IPv6 address.
