Statement introduced in Junos OS Release 7.5.
Specify the name of the multihomed interface to be used as the primary interface by the
VPLS site.
For FEC 128, use the
[edit routing-instances instance-name protocols vpls multi-homing
hierarchy level.

If you omit this statement, depending on the order in which interfaces are listed in the
PE router's configuration, the first operational interface in the set of configured interfaces
is chosen to be the primary interface.
