Statement introduced in Junos OS Release 12.2.
Enables the VPLS multihoming best site functionality, allowing the site on which it has
been enabled to be the preferred site for this PE router. This statement must be configured
on all PE routers within the optimized VPLS routing instance.
NOTE: In the VPLS documentation, the word router in terms such as PE router
is used to refer to any device that provides routing functions.
