Move a Camera to a Preset Position

You can move a camera to a different preset position using the RealPresence Touch.
To move a camera to a stored preset position:
1 On any screen, tap the
2 Tap the Presets tab.
3 Tap a preset image to move the active camera to the preset.
4 Tap Done. Your new camera preset position is now actively used on the connected room system.

View Device Details for a RealPresence Touch
You might need to view certain device details to perform troubleshooting tests to provide information for your
administrator.
To view device details:
1 On any screen, tap
The System Information screen displays.
2 Under Device Connection Status, tap the RealPresence Touch device name.
Device details are listed for your RealPresence Touch device.
