Hold a Call

While in a call, you might need to hold an active call.
To hold a call:
1 On any screen, tap the
control icons.
2 Tap
Hold.

Resume a Held Call on the RealPresence Touch

When you no longer want to have a call on hold, you can resume the call.
To resume a held call:
» On the Manage Conference screen, tap
After the call resumes, the Layout screen displays.

End a Call

You can end a call using the RealPresence Touch.
» To end a call, tap

Video Stopping and Starting

Whether you are in a call or before a call begins, you can start and stop sending your video at any time.
Stopping your video allows you to stop sending your near-end camera-encoded video while still remaining
connected to the conference. When your video is stopped, the far end does not see video transmission from
you.
Note: Stopping video in Microsoft environments
In Microsoft Lync 2013 or Skype for Business 2015 environments when your video is stopped, video trans-
missions ceases and no Self View displays. When your video is stopped in other environments, a video
pause image is sent to the far end.
Regardless of environment, stopping your video does not affect the sending or receiving of content.

Start Video

You can choose to display your video to others in or out of a call from the RealPresence Touch.
To start your video:
1 From the Home screen, tap the
The Control Bar icons display.
2 Tap Camera Off to start your video.
