Place a Multipoint Call from Recent Calls

You can conveniently place a multipoint call to sites you recently called from the Recent Calls screen.
To place a multipoint call using Recent Calls:
1 Using your remote control, press
2 Highlight an entry in the Recent Calls list.
3 Press
, or press Select, and navigate to Call on your system screen.
If it is configured to do so, your system attempts to call the site using a pre-defined list of call types. Contact
your system administrator for more information.

Hold and Answer a Call in a Conference

While in a multipoint call, you can hold the main call and answer an incoming call.
To hold the main call and answer an incoming call:
1 Use your remote control to select Hold + Answer to hold the current call and answer the incoming
call.
Note: Holding individual calls in a multipoint conference
Depending on the call type, you might be able to put an individual participant in the meeting on hold
and resume in a multipoint conference.

Place a Call While a Multipoint Call is on Hold

You can hold a conference call in order to make a new call.
To make an outgoing call while a call is on hold:
» Press
on the remote control.
Place the call using your preferred method.

Switch Between Calls in a Multipoint Call

When you have a call on hold, you can switch between the held and active calls.
To switch between calls:
» Use your remote control to select Manage.
This allows you to determine which call to make active.
