Conversion setting for disconnection detection (Un\G164,
Un\G165) (Q68TD-G-H02 only)
When disconnection is detected, a value stored into CH
(Un\G11toUn\G18) is set. (Refer to Section 3.2.2)
The value to be stored is selected from "Up scale", "Down scale" or "Given value".

(1) Setting methods

(a) Set the value to be stored into buffer memory.
