- Perform head cleaning.

Clean the maintenance unit. Refer to

Enter correct head property data. Refer to
Section 1.4.23.
Check the connection and reconnect the cables.
Replace the ink refill ASSY.
Replace the main drain tube.
Replace the carriage PCB ASSY.
Replace the maintenance unit.
Replace the head/carriage unit.
Replace the main PCB ASSY.
Solution
Set selector 3 on AMS04 to "0" with Function code
88, referring to Chapter 5, Section 1.4.33.
Replace the carriage PCB ASSY.
Replace the head/carriage unit.
Replace the main PCB ASSY.
