Double Jacquard - a fabric knitted with the use of the
Pattern Card,
and having no floats of yarn on its back.
Using
this Yarn Changer and a Pattern Card, pattern is
formed on the knitter side, with the Cam Lever set at "J"
(JACQUARD), and
Ribber
knits every row.
The sample is knitted with the Pattern No.13-(39).
PREPARATORY STEPS
Referring
to steps 1-7 for basic knitting on pages 89-91,
set the machine controls and arrange the needles for cast·
on.
Set the
Point
Cams and the Needle-1 Cam.
Turn on the machine and push on the Inspection Button
to set pattern controls. (Refer to pages 1 9-21.)
Note:
Use the Button 1 with
its right light
on
for the
first row of pattern.
DO NOT USE THE BUTTON
