By
changing the
positions
of the
Point Cams,
single motif
or
sectional knitting can be worked on
the
fabric
in lace
stitch.
The
sample
is
knitted with the
Pattern
No.1-L-(1).
Pattern row
number 1 - 6
Set the Point Cam and Needle-1 Cam as shown opposite.
With the
Cam
Lever at "L",
start
from the right side
to
knit
6 rows.
Change the position of the Point Cam.
Pattern row number 7
Knit 1 row from right to left.
Change the
position
of the
right
Point Cam.
Pattern
row
number 8
- 13
Knit 6 rows.
Change the position of the
right
Point Cam
.
Pattern row
number 14
Knit 1 row.
(Pattern Card moves back
to
the row 1.)
Change the position of the left Point Cam.
Pattern row number
1 - 6
Knit 6 rows.
Change the position of
the
Point Cam.
Repeat the above steps.
By
changing
the
position of the alternate Point Cam
at the
side opposite
the
Carriage,
expand
the
section
to be knitted
in
lace
stitch.
