If incorrectly
knitted ...
Have the Carriage outside
of
the
fabric
(working
needles)
and remove the yarn from the Yarn Feeder.
Refer to page 101, and unravel the incorrectly knitted
rows.
IN CASE OF USING PATTERN BUTTON 3:
If an odd number of rows are unravelled, unravel an
extra
row making the total unravelled rows an
even
number.
IN CASE OF DOUBLE JACQUARD:
If the yarn
end
is at the left
side
unravel
an additional row
so that it comes to the right
side.
Replace the yarn
into
the
Yarn
Feeder,
or
if the Carriage
is at the side opposite the
yarn,
pass it to the
side with the
yarn following the instruction given for
each knitting.
IN CASE OF USING THE STANDARD CARRIAGE:
Push the Release Lever
and
lift up
the
Handle,
then
move
the Carriage to the
side
of the yarn.
IN CASE OF USING THE LACE CARRIAGE:
'
Set the Cam Lever to "N",
and
pass the Carriage
to the
side with the yarn.
IN CASE 0 F USING THE RIBBER
:
(1)
Disconnect Ribber Carriage
from
Arm
and move
it
to yarn
side
while
tilting
Carriage.
(2) Remove
the
Ribber Arm
from the Standard
Carriage.
(3) Lift up the Handle of the
Carriage, and move the
Carriage to
the side
of
the
yarn
.
(4) Connect the Ribber Carriage
and
Arm
to the Standard
Carriage.
If the Row Counter
is
in
use,
return it
by the same number
as unravelled.
If the Knit Contour is in use, return
the
Pattern Paper
as
many rows
as
unravelled
referring to
page
21 of the
"Knitting Manual", and
start knitting.
But if
a
Pattern Card is
used
together,
refer to the next
page.
