A
Using
the
Needle Pusher, push
up 70 needles (35 needles
on
both
sides
of the
centre(O) to B position.
To
knit in stockinet using
the Lace Carriage, the
machine
needs not
be
connected to
A.C.
mains.
IMPORTANT
When
you
knit
with
the Lace Carriage, the needles must
be aligned in B position only, and the position A is used
for holding position.
Do not push the needles into C or D position. Otherwise
you will damage the needles.
Set the Carriage as follows and move it twice across the
needles
to align them correctly
into
B position.

Cam Lever .................... O (STOCKINET)
Slide the Carriage slightly to the
right
to have the Yarn
Feeder at the left side.
Thread the yarn through the Auto-Tension and into the
Yarn Feeder.
The
yarn
must be correctly
set
behind the Guide Pin "A"
in
the Yarn Feeder.
