If a Pattern Card is in use, reset it in the fol lowing manner.
Push ON the Inspection Button.
(Light is on and the Pattern Card comes up 10 rows.)
Return the Card by the same number of rows as unravelled
in the direction opposite to that effected by the Feeding
Direction Pointer.
A) When returning the Pattern Card, if you reach the first
row of the pattern before returning the total rows
required, turn the Card to the top row, and count the
rema1n1ng rows.
B) If the pattern is knitted reversedly from the top to the
first row, count the rows in the direction reverse to that
the Card advances.
Do not count the top or low end row twice.
IN CASE OF USING PATTERN BUTTON
3:
Return the Card by half the number of rows unravelled.
IN CASE OF LACE STITCH:
Return the Pattern Card by the same number of rows as
unravelled, but sk ipping the rows for transferring stitches
which are marked black in the Notation Column.
IN CASE OF DOUBLE JACQUARD:
If an even number of rows unravelled, return the card half
the number of rows as unravelled.
If an odd number of rows unravelled, return the card half
the number of rows as unravelled minus one.
Since the two lamps of the Button

light up alternately on
every two rows of knitting, reset the Button
1
according
to the number of rows unravelled.
Re-arrange the Holder Buttons of the Yarn Changer to
correspond with the mark in the Notation Column.
Push 0 F F the Inspection Button. (The Pattern Card is fed
downwards by 10 rows and the row to be re-knitted is
memorized.)
Then start re-knitting.
