This is a type of lacy stitch - knitted with wool or
synthetic yarn together with a transparent nylon thread.
The sample is knitted with the Pattern No.9-(26).
Before knitting pattern in this stitch type, follow the Pre-
paratory
Steps
given
on pages 19-22, and additional cares
instructed below.
HINT IN KNITTING
To prevent
the nylon thread
becoming loose, cover
the
cone
with the stop-net or with the
piece of stocking cloth.
