Initializes all print mode related parameters to default values.

When reset to the load default values, the current line is set to the top-of-
form position. Horizontal tabs, print mode, line spacing, and character pitch
are reset to default values. Character-by-character and line-by-line at
tributes are canceled, and the Vertical Format Unit is cleared. Interface pa
rameters and emulation mode (P-Series or Serial Matrix) are not affected.
