EQUALIZATION

The equalization of the cassette reader is automatically selected to read chromium tapes ( C r 0 2 ) .
C L O C K F U N C T I O N
Display modes
When the radio is on, t w o display modes are possible, w i t h these characteristics:
Mode 1 <M1)
The clock is displayed instead of the radio meassages (priority to clock function). When the radio is
switched on without a cassette being inserted, or when a radio station is selected or a cassette is inserted
with the radio on, the relevant message is displayed for about 10 seconds, after w h i c h the clock is again
displayed.
Mode 2 (M2)
The messages relating to the radio function are displayed instead of the clock (priority to radio f u n c -
tion).
When the radio is switched on, it automatically selects the mode present just before switching off.

A U T O R E V E R S E F U N C T I O N
At the end of the tape, the side of the tape is
changed automatically (Autoreverse).
The side of the tape being listened to is
shown on the display.
To change the side of the tape, gently press
the buttons shown in the figure until you hear
a click.
The clock function displays hours and
utes. A colon, between the tjpjirs and m i n -
utes, flashes at .a frequency of once^a second.
The clock is still displayed w h e n the radio is
off.
